A New Level of Luxury

The new International Convention Centre Hotel will contribute over 215,000 annual room nights to the Sydney Market. It is owned by Schwartz Family Co and will be operated by Accor Hotels under the Sofitel Luxury Brand.

The Hotel will include an Executive lounge, meeting rooms, ballroom and outdoor pool deck, as well as bars and a restaurant with views of Darling Harbour and across the water to the CBD skyline. The 35 storey building will be dressed in a lacework curtain wall façade of glass.

The building is located adjacent to an existing shopping centre and light rail corridor that links Darling Harbour directly to the CBD. The works are being carefully planned to ensure that existing amenities are not impacted by the construction, and clear unimpeded access is maintained at all times. The hotel is being delivered as part of the overall redevelopment of the Darling Harbour Live precinct and forms part of the new integrated and world class Convention, Exhibition and Entertainment Centre being developed and delivered in partnership with Lendlease.
