Lee is part of ICC’s senior management team responsible for project delivery with a broad base of experience in education, cultural infrastructure, aged care, commercial, heritage, industrial, and resource sector projects for the private and public sectors in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Italy. With over 20 years’ experience on both the contractor and client sides, Lee provides specialist skills in relation to planning, contractor and consultant co-ordination management, and formulating/executing complex project programmes to ICC.
Lee thrives on managing large multi-disciplined project teams, delivering high profile and complex projects. He brings his significant experience and knowledge of the local market trends.

Senior Project Manager
Olga Karsten has over 8 years’ construction industry experience, with a focus on delivery, planning and project management. As an experienced project management professional, she has been involved in the successful delivery of various sized projects within Construction industry including hotel/mixed-use/health development, heritage listed buildings on behalf of Property NSW at the Rocks Precinct, and the heritage listed buildings at University of Sydney.
