Harrold Dakin provides strategic leadership for Dakin Private Wealth, aligning family values with a clear investment vision. With senior advisory experience from JP Morgan, Macquarie Bank, and AMP Capital, he specialises in hotel and residential property developments, including Sydney’s $700 million Sofitel Darling Harbour.

Harrold’s hands-on approach covers advisory services, equity and banking mandates, commercial negotiations, tax structuring, cash flow management, and stakeholder relationships.

Dr. Schwartz brings his exemplary hotel management, ownership, and operations experience to the ICC Development Group Board. Dr. Schwartz is the CEO for the Schwartz Family Company which has a long family history in hotel development and management. It is the largest private company owner of hotel rooms in Australia. The company owns, under operator management agreements, some of the world’s largest hotel brands; over 3,000 hotel rooms in Sydney, Newcastle, and the Hunter Region, Canberra and Melbourne. He is actively involved in a continual upgrade of these hotels. His largest project to date is an investor/owner for the 590-room Sofitel hotel at Darling Harbour, Sydney. Dr. Schwartz graduated from The University of Sydney in Medicine and has since specialised in Cosmetic Surgery, running his own multi-faceted general practice in Matraville.

Bernard Tan

Provides legal and regulatory oversight, corporate governance guidance, and manages legal compliance matters.

Bernard has over 20 years’ experience as a property and development lawyer, currently serving as Consulting Principal at Keypoint Law. He specialises in high-value property projects, joint ventures, mixed-use developments, tourism, and complex transactions. His clients include developers, investors, listed companies, and government authorities.

Advises on financial strategy, taxation planning, compliance, and fiscal risk management.

Simon Chhoeu brings 17 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, agriculture, and international exporting. He specialises in originating multi-million-dollar deals and establishing business links in Asia, particularly China. Simon also advises extensively on self-managed superannuation, estate, and succession planning. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting, a Masters of Taxation Law (Honours), and is a Certified Financial Planner and FCPA. Simon served as the 2017 President of CPA Australia (NSW) Division after eight years as Divisional Councillor.

Currently CEO of AI firm and Managing Director of a leading accounting practice, Joseph was recognised as Australia’s most influential entrepreneur by APAC Entrepreneur Magazine in 2024. He specialises in business strategy, financial management, and operational alignment, driving Dakin Private sustainable growth and success.

Mehran has over 27 years of experience in corporate, government, and private sectors specialising in negotiations, commercial management, and project delivery. With a background in engineering and law, and extensive international expertise across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East, Mehran brings a practical, collaborative approach to complex commercial negotiations. He holds qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Commercial Law, and Administrative Law.
